Tutor Michael Stembridge-Montavont leads a piano workshop, based on the methods of Alfred Cortot. Cortot was described as "unequalled as a Chopin player, a player of luminous intelligence and incomparably sophisticated technique, whose playing may well be the closest we’ll ever get to knowing how Chopin himself played."

A lecture at 12pm will be followed by a masterclass demonstration at 2pm.
