Have you ever wanted to know what it’s really like to be an actor? Perhaps you want to have a go yourself but don’t know where to start? Well, now’s your chance to find out. Local resident Michael Simkins has been there, done that, and got the T-shirt. For over 40 years he’s been a regular face on the West End stage and on your TV screens, as well as handing out leaflets at supermarkets dressed as The Pink Panther and filming safety-training videos on the correct use of fire extinguishers in the workplace. He even briefly achieved national fame, due to constantly being mistaken in the street for Jeremy Vine during the 2015 series of Strictly Come Dancing…
Tickets are £10 (£8 FoBH and under 26) and include a complimentary glass of wine.
