This Art Nouveau-style grille sat above the entrance to Lift No. 3 in Belsize Park Underground Station. The grilles were created for various stations on the Northern, Bakerloo and Piccadilly Lines, including Hampstead Underground Station, which were all designed by Leslie W. Green between 1906 and 1907 for the Underground Electric Railways Company. The grilles were removed in the 1980s when the stations were refurbished.
