MUSEUM EXHIBITION: “Percy Smith”
A trained typographer, calligrapher and printmaker,
he lived in Hampstead in the 1930s and ‘40s, and is represented in four different national museums,
but is little known today. From sketching the WWI trenches to designing book covers, Smith’s was a
singular and varied talent.
